Do I focus like a laserbeam on finishing my black wool cotehardie with rabbitfur tippits for the Emprise of the Black Lion in 2 weeks, or do I drop that to make and alter my Concordia outfit for Equestium next week. if I do the latter there is no way I'll get the cotehardie done, and the only safe bet for performace riding is to do my pattern. But I don't want to flake out. Then again, there is a desire for pagentry at the Emprise, and if it turns cold I would not have a good warm top layer for my linen 14th C dresses.

Opinions welcome :-) .

I could always loan you 15th century kit...a woolie kirtle, a woolie overgown (with a belt, it fits a wide array of sizes. I've worn the same gowns from size 20 to size 12...), woolie socks and your paddock boots and you'd be set! I could even loan you a hennin if you wanted to go all out ;) (tho I can tell you from personal experience that theres nothing sadder than a hennin in the rain....)

I would go with the wool cotehardie. Weather in An Tir frequently turns cold. And wet. And generally craptastic.
