M = Mare

Even though I've seen this for several years now, I can't get used to it. Namely, that when Brandee sees the Vet or the Chiropractor or the massage therapist, on the receipt where it says "Sex" the people write "M". M for mare, not for male. I'm assuming geldings would merit at "G" and stallions an "S". But the usual M/F male/female designations are not used. Like I said, I haven't gotten used to it; when I first look at the receipt my brain aways jumps to "they made a mistake".
