Helgi and Oonagh still looking for their camera

In case you missed my post from Sunday, I'll mention it again. Oonagh emailed me to say that her digital camera was probably misplaced in someone else's basket at Mists Investiture. The camera is a Panasonic Luminex and was in a black camera bag.

A digital camera is an expensive thing to lose, and I feel bad for them. If you or anyone you knows finds a strange camera in a basket that was at Investiture, please let me or Helgi or Oonagh know. Or spread the word that the camera is missing -- I'm thinking there are more people from the Mists who might be able to help here on LJ than are over on SCA West these days.

Today at the barn...

After I'd been riding a bit, one of the barn regulars asked me how this weekend's SCA event went. Brandee and I walk over to talk. The nice person and I chat for some time, and Brandee appears to go to sleep. Eventually I say we really need to get going. I give Brandee a little squeeze, and nothing happens.

Me: "Brandee, are you asleep?"
Nice person: "No, she's listening, you just need to put another quarter in."

Too funny. :-)
