callistotoniSorry about my lack of posts recently, life just got busy. I had to push to get Brandee's barding done for Purg, and I helped a bit with Brian's knighting ceremony clothes. So more sewing and less posting.
Purg was a mixed bag for me, as it was for a number of people I've talked to. I was just stressed out on a variety of fronts. Not all bad, certainly. Brandee was an angel in all circumstances, certainly, and she is the perfect meet-and-greet horse. Just more stuff going on at one event than I'm comfortable with. Gratifying that nightbocci got lots of compliments on the pink venetian, though. :-)
I started riding again Monday, which is another reason I haven't had time to post. Yesterday I didn't leave the barn until 9 PM. :-0
I'm looking forward to the SF trip this Saturday. I'll drive in to JIMR's and spend the night, so I can drink as much sangria as I want at Zarzuela's. :-) I've *got* to dig out from all of the Purg laundry, though.
