Well, I should update, but I'll put that off for a bit. But I will take the time to ask for some help. Bottom line: I need to find some fonts to look at that I can eventually use on my pavillion for my motto. I'll need to make each letter about 7 x 9 inches. Anybody out there have on online font sources? Alternatively, anybody have some books of hands/scripts/whatever you call them that I can blow up on a xerox machine? Sorry, I'm ignorant of this topic so I need to see a variety of scripts to figure out what will work best for this purpose.

Second, here's a question that I think hrj or barone_antonio might be able to help with. I'd like to get a latin translation of "Treat others as you yourself would be treated", or "Treat others as you yourself would wish to be treated". Help?

http://www.freepcfonts.com/index.html -- links to tons of sites with fonts, mostly free. Tons of really interesting fonts, too ...

Lettering styles that you see in depictions of pavilions with writing on them include versals and Roman capitals. Check out King Rene's Book of Love for excellent examples...
