To steal a phrase from wingcorset, I'm uber emo today. Time to say goodbye to Jokie, knowing that I won't be seeing him again. Cried on and off all day today--good thing I work in offices with doors I can close.
Tomorrow is my last day with him. For all that he could be a grumpy pain in the ass sometimes, I'll sure miss him.

I'll get to meet maestrateresa's puppy tomorrow night, though, and I'm sure that will be theraputic. Although, given my current mood, I'll probably cry for missing Thorvald (of blessed memory, by Newf--best dog ever).

I'm not good with losing animals. But I'll deal; we all do.
