Anyone want to by a 16th C costume?

What I'm selling is the red bodice and skirt. The underskirt got stolen in 2006, and the ruffs and partlet are now defunct, so they're not available.

Reason: I'm still trying to buy Brandee. The owner left me a message Friday night saying that she is now willing to sell. So now I'm trying to get some extra cash, pronto. (I already sold three outfits to nightbocce -- many thanks to her!)

Anyhoo, let me know if you are interested and make me an offer. If you are reading this you know in general what size it is (I'm 5' 5.5" in flat feet, and I'd say this outfit would fit someone in the woman's size 12 or 14 range.) If no one is interested here I'll put it out on the West Kingdom yahoo group, and then maybe ebay or craigslist.

I cannot thank you all enough

I have the most amazing set of friends, who periodically make me burst into tears. This is one of those times. Thank you all for all your offers of help, which I will accept with the deepest gratitude. Still no word from the owner yet (as of 11:30 PM Monday). I will keep y'all posted. Keep thinking good thoughts that the deal goes through, 'K? Even if it doesn't happen I cannot ever repay all your kindness.
