Thank you so much for all your good wishes. I'm home now. Sometimes I'm lucid and walking around and other times I'm really out of it.

If, possibly, any of you missed it, I had an, how shall we say, *impromptu* appendectimy on Monday. I was in the emergency room all night Sunday. The night crew didn't see anything on the CAT scan so they sent me home at 7:00 AM Monday morning. The day crew looked at the scan and said Get Her Back Here It's Appendicitis. So back I came. I seemed stable, so my surgury was schedualed for 4 PM. Even though they took me into surgury a little early my appendix ruptured (and I suspect, from what I felt, that happened 10 min. before they knocked me out).

Spent the night at the hospital. Since they come and check you out every 3 hours I didn't get much sleep, which meant that I went a good 48 hours with no sleep. I'm still not recovered from that.

All of this started at g0atface's party when I thought I was having a bad reaction to a rum drink. When the discomfort lasted all day I was persuaded to go to the emergency room at 9:00 PM Sunday. Word to the wise: if you think you are having bad gas pain in the lower right quarter of your abdominan, and it persists, go to the emergency room.

And many, many thanks to The LBK for spending the night last night and taking care of me. The meds I'm on are, I confess, comfusing with thier times and restrictions so I really appreciated the help.

PS, no Crown for me

I'm supposed to stay put for 7 days, and full recovery is supposted to take 2 weeks. So no Crown for me. Which also means no Gods & Goddesses party for me. But if others want too Please carry on. :-)

I won't be at Purg, and I'll be EQ autocat for A&S, so we shall have to see about reschedualling. But it's stll a good way to approach hot events. :-)
