Over the last few days:
Jun. 4th, 2007 09:30 pmThe Good:
-- Finished painting the motto on my pavillion.
-- Finished Vyncent's shirt.
-- Got to see POTC: AWE again, this time with misagillian.
-- Got alot of Brandee time and some good rides.
-- I've been able to find time to practice my calligraphy (helblonde, two more 'letters' are waiting for you.
-- I decided I'm taking myself to Disneyland for my birthday (which happens in late December, so there is plenty of time to plan. :-) )
The Bad:
-- Fighting with a *bad* sinus headache for the last 2 days.
-- Had to fix a spelling error on the last section of my motto. Thank-the-deity-of-your-choice that I had just penciled it in and hadn't started painting that section before I spotted it.
-- Had to spend $$ I hadn't planned on spending on new riding breeches
because the ones I have are about to wear through on the leatherette sections. Oh well, they are at least 3 years old and have seen a lot of use.
The big thing this week will be my going to the Tudor Tailor seminars Friday and Saturday. The plan is to go up to nightbocce's place Thursday night and then drive home on Sunday, although those plans need to be finalized.
