Behind the cut is what I wrote as an introduction to a new Yahoo GroupI created to help organize the Salon (called 16CSalon if you're interested). Gives my "vision statement", for those of you that don't know what the heck I'm talking about (at least with regard to the Salon...No comments from the peanut gallery, please. ;-) )
