OMG! Chez TJ's got 2 Michelin stars, and La Folie only got one! I havent' been to TJ's for a couple of years now. I'll have to save my pennies and see if I can rectify that. But, really, I think the Michelin people are on crack.

I'm not sure Chex TJs warrants 2 stars... I went there earlier this summer and was very happy with the food, but hardly blown away. On the other hand, I ate at Bouchon about a year ago and was extremely disappointed in everything except my frites which were good but not great, so frankly I wouldn't give *them* a single star based on my experience. Maybe I'm just a tougher critic than the ones they sent in.

They are totally on crack. La Folie is da bomb :-) Roland is a most god-like and worshipful cook.
